On-site Poster Session

Instructions for presenters

• Please print your poster prior since we do not provide printing service at the event. However, we can recommend local printing shops near the venue as backup.
• On the conference date, please post your posters at the designated spot as shown above. Your poster number can be found in the poster program (the above table).
• *Important* Please use the adhesive provided by our staff. Please do not use your own glue or tape to avoid damaging the poster stand.
• Q&A will be made live at the onsite poster session. You may also receive questions from online attendants via the comment box in your poster page on the virtual conference website.
• You can also join the virtual conference via Zoom. Note that when entering the Zoom room, you will be asked to add the “Poster No.” (e.g. P144) before your name. The Poster No. can be found here (login required) and is different from the poster number on this page.
