Requirement of Presentation
- At least one of the authors must make a registration by
September 15, 2022September 25, 2022 in order for their papers to be included in the program and e-Proceedings of ICEMS 2022. - One regular registration is eligible to present at maximum two papers with an extra fee of USD 250 for the second paper.
- One student registration is eligible to present one paper with no additional paper option.
Visa and Invitation Letter
An official invitation letter will be sent by the Chair of ICEMS 2022 upon request. This personal invitation is intended to facilitate travel and visa arrangements for registered participants. It is not a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide any financial support. Also, visa applications are the sole responsibility of participants.
To request an official invitation letter, participant should first complete the registration process. After having completed the online registration process, please send the invitation letter request form to the secretariat: secretaryicems2022@gmail.com
Depending on your country of residence, the visa-issuing embassy may require additional information in the invitation letter (e.g., the date of arrival/departure, passport issuing country) that is not already included in the request form, or any additional documents. If this is the case, please inform us as you submit the form.
